With the aim of creating skilled, scientific, academic, socially responsible graduates to bring them in touch to the job market, job fair or career fairs can play a vital role. Career fairs work as a bridge between industry and the graduates. The purpose of the career fair is to connect employers and applicants so that the graduating students can get an idea of job prospects in a wide range of professional areas. We recognize the importance of this recruitment event not only for students who are preparing to enter the professional world, but also for recruiters who are hiring talents for their organizations.
IUBAT arranged the big event ‘IUBAT National Career Festival 2020’ which will take place on the 29th of February 2020 on its own campus. 72 companies, 2500+ participants attended there .200 on spot interviews were done in which 2 participants also got job on the spot and 5000+ CV’s were collected by the companies to call the participants as per their requirement and vacancy.

Another highlight of the event was In addition to the day-long Job Festival, there were three career guideline seminars. Where job candidates got to meet the country’s famous corporate personalities directly, hear the success story of their life and learn from their experiences.
It was a free event for all the current students of IUBAT and also the alumni. Students from other institutions were also allowed to attend the program and drop their CV’s.
